Approximately 10,000 customers between 2007 and 2013 of pharmacy purchases at the ShopRite in Millville, NJ may have had their personal information exposed.  An electronic device used to store transactions was thrown out in June 2017 which collected names, phone numbers, Rx numbers, medication names, date and time, zip code, siganture, and DOB.

ShopRite is managed by Wakefern Food Corp which has indicated social security numbers and credit card information was not included in the exposure.  Questions can be directed to Wakefern Food Corp at 800-954-5210.
