The billing information for approximately 2,500 patients of Cambring Health Alliance in the year 2013 has been exposed to an unauthorized third party.  Data possibly contained billing information from 2013 such as patient names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, SSNs, charges, and discharge dates.

Patients were told to call 1-833-219-9083 if they believe they have been affected and have not received a letter by April 21.
