Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen restaurants payment card information of customers was  compromised between November 3, 2017 and January 2, 2018 company at restaurants in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.  The company has indicated the unauthorized access happened via a network and not through their own systems.  By August 24, 2018 the amount of credit card numbers exposed was believed to be above 567,000.

The network was disabled and replaced before April 10, 2018.  The company is offering until November 22, 2018 identity protection services at no cost to individuals who were affected.  This includes 12 months of credit monitoring with $1M insurance.  To enroll for the services, please call (888) 258-7280
