Missouri Care plans cover 275k people in Missouri.   The Florida based company WellCare Health Plans, Inc (WCG) has indicated that it learned on July 25^th 2018 that a “mailing error” resulted in well-child visit reminder letters going to the wrong addresses.  Those letters include PHI such as names, providers, age, etc.  WellCare letters were received by some notifying those affected on August 23^rd.
