Google shuttering Google+
After announcing over 500,000 users suspected of being compromised by a bug which exposed them for over two years, Google will be shutting down its Google+ social network. The vulnerability had been discovered and patched in March. The vulnerability allowed Google+ users’ private email addresses, ages, photos, relationships, and locations to be read by at least 430 third party applications via the weak API.
