An unencrypted NASA laptop was stolen from an employee’s locked vehicle. The laptop contained sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) of NASA employees and contractors. NASA expects a 60 day turnaround for their data breach contractor, ID Experts, to send notification letters and instructions for free identity fraud managed services to the affected individuals.
