Nationwide Insurance of Ohio is notifying 534 Oklahoma customers that their personal imfornation was compromised by a computer network attack on October 3rd. The attack affected both Nationwide Insurance Co of Columbus, Ohio and Allied Insurance. Included in the personal information were combinations of social security numbers, drivers license numbers, dates of birth, occupations, gender, and possibly marital status. Nationwide expects to offer 1 year of free credit report monitoring to those affected.]]>
